There are two different types of emails that we collect for your Catalant account:
You might choose the same, or different, email addresses for each email type. Read on to find out about each email type.
The Login Email is generally the email address you entered upon your account’s creation.The login email address is used for account access purposes.
* If you would like your Login Email updated or changed to a different email address, please forward your request to email@example.com for assistance.
The Preferred Email is the email address you would like to use to receive platform notifications and updates. Your Preferred Email address can be the same as the Login Email address, or you may choose to use a different email address to receive these communications
You may regulate which notifications you receive by managing your Communications Preferences as outlined here.
To update your Preferred Email Address:
1. Click on Account
2. Click on My Account
3. Click Edit
4. Click in Text Box and Enter Preferred Email
5. Click on Save Contact Information
Can I log in with my Preferred Email address?
No, you are not able to use your Preferred Email address to login. To change your Login Email address, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org. Be sure to include the current Login Email address and the one you wish to change your login email address to.
What if I’ve forgotten my Login Email address?
If you have forgotten your account’s Login Email address, we recommend that you first search your email inboxes for Catalant to verify which email is associated with your account. You may also confirm your login email address by contacting email@example.com.

What if I am a new user?
If you are a new user and interested in our Expert Marketplace, please feel free to sign up here.
Can I create an Expert account using the same email address linked to my client account?
If you would like to have access to both an Independent Expert and a Business User account using the same login credentials, please forward your request to firstname.lastname@example.org for assistance.
Why am I receiving a message that my account has been disabled?
Clients may opt to disable their accounts via their self-service portal. Some may have been disabled by Catalant. If you would like to submit a request regarding the status of your account, please forward to email@example.com .
