Key Steps in the Contract Flow

Order of signatures: the expert will be asked to fill in their contact information and sign first. After the expert signs, the client will be asked to fill in their contact information and sign.

Expert and client review the Project Agreement and complete required fields in the interactive PDF.
- Clients and experts are guided through the required fields with helper text for each required text box.
- Details from the expert’s proposal are automatically populated into the project agreement into fixed fields that cannot be edited.
- Project Agreement moves through e-signature flow to execute the contract.
- A copy of the fully executed Project Agreement will be emailed to both parties and stored in the Catalant platform in the Files tab of the Workspace, where it can be downloaded and viewed it at any time.
