Summary
Clients can utilize Catalant's Expert Search to find Experts with specific skills, in specific locations, and with specific industry knowledge. After searching, you can view Expert profiles, share Experts with others, or save profiles in a roster or as a PDF. Read on to learn more.
Search Experts
Once you've Posted a Project, please follow the steps below:
1. Log In or Sign Up HERE
2. Click on Experts under Search
3. Select dimensions to Filter By by checking the desired boxes in each category that interests you. The more filters you choose, the more narrowly focused the list will get. If no results are returned, deselect some of your choices and click Apply once again.
4. Click on Apply to filter results.
5. Select an Expert Tile to view their Profile

You can narrow your Expert search by selecting Filters based on:
Roster
A Roster is an assemblage of potential Experts, often organized by skill or project relevance. Clients can create Rosters to organize and save these Expert Profiles for future use. To learn more about rostering Experts, please click here.
To Access a Roster
- Click on the Dropdown Arrow
- Select the Appropriate Roster
- Click Apply Filters
Company
Looking for an Expert who has Work Experience with a specific Company? You may narrow your search by selecting a Company name to find Experts who are or once were employed by that Company. Just select a Company from the preexisting list or search for the name by typing at least two letters into the field for more options.
Industries
You may filter your Search Experts results by filtering by a specific Industry. You may choose to filter the results based on the following industries:

Country
Have a project-based opportunity that requires an Expert in a specific location? Search Experts allows you to filter Experts by Country. Just type in at least 2 characters to begin your search.
Seniority
If you are looking for an Expert with a certain level of experience, you may use the Seniority filter to display results relevant to the following seniority levels:
Senior Level Experts with 15+ years of experience
Mid Level Experts with 6-15 years of experience
Junior Level Experts with 2-5 years of experience
Languages
You may search for Experts who possess the ability to communicate in your desired Languages by typing in two characters at minimum and making the appropriate language selection.
Search Options
Clicking on an Expert will open a detailed list of their experience, education, skills, and more. From this view, clients have the option to view the Expert's full profile or to add the Expert to a project.

Inviting a Prospective Expert
To Invite an Expert from the Search Experts experience, please follow the steps below:
1. Click on Add Expert Icon
2. Search for and Select Applicable Project
3. Select Initial Introduction (Recommended) or Proposal
4. Enter a Subject
5. Enter Message
6. Click on Invite Expert
FAQ’s
How can my colleagues view a shared Expert Profile?
Upon sharing an Expert profile, your colleague will receive a notification to view the Expert by signing up on the platform. Alternatively, you may also download a PDF copy of an Expert profile to share with your colleagues.
How can I see the Expert’s contact details?
You will not have access to any Expert contact information. In order to engage with an Expert, you must post a project and invite the Expert to pitch or submit a proposal.
Can I save an Expert to review at a later time?
Yes, you can save an Expert by clicking on the Add To Roster button.
Can I print an Expert profile?
Yes, you may print an Expert profile by clicking Download To PDF.
Can I compare rostered Experts side by side?
Yes, you can view and compare Expert profiles simultaneously by following the steps as outlined here.
Can I view Experts before posting a project?
In order to browse and view relevant experts, you must post a project to then see who would be the best fit for your need. This will enable you to see Experts that are available for your project.
